Electricity Consumption for Third Quarter 2009
There has been an overall downward trend from 2007 of electricity consumption at the Parkville campus. This reflects the energy management works implemented to date. Refer to Electricity Consumption Quarterly Reports: Latest Report.
CO2 Savings from Energy Projects at February 2009
With a total expenditure to date of $1.4m, annual savings of over 10,000 metric tonnes of CO2 have been calculated as of February 2009. This represents a saving of 9.6% of the University’s total emissions of 106,709 tonnes for Jan - Dec 2007 - the last reporting period prior to these projects being completed.
