Report a Sustainability Improvement Opportunity
When reporting sustainability issues and opportunities, please first determine if your report relates to an Existing Maintenance Issue or a Sustainability Improvement Opportunity.
Report Existing Maintenance Issues
For issues relating to the correct and optimal operation of existing facilities, infrastructure, fixtures and fittings - e.g. leaking taps/toilets, temperature too cold or too hot - please report these matters directly to Asset Services (Maintenance), which is responsibile for fixing them.

Call Asset Services Call Centre on 8344 6000.

Action not required within 2 days
Ask your department's authorised BEIMS user, or your Building Supervisor, to log a maintenance request with Asset Services using BEIMS Maintenance Requests.
