Mental Health Week
This year’s theme focuses on sharing the journey, both the good and the bad, rather than shouldering the hardship on your own. It is important for you to remember that it’s okay to feel the way that you feel, and a problem shared is a problem halved.
There will be a range of free events, workshops and activities throughout the week to help strengthen your connections with others as well as yourself.
Join in for some fun sessions like colour therapy, mindfulness, cuddles with dogs, free coffee and food, and a silent disco!
